Special Session/Workshop/Symposium Organizer Instructions

1. Download the special session/workshop/symposium proposal form here.  Fill out the proposal form and send the completed form to acis@acisinternational.org.
2. You will be notified by email if your proposal was accepted or rejected.
3. Special session/workshop/symposium review process instructions:
   1. The authors submit their paper directly to the special session/workshop/symposium organizer.
   2. As soon as the papers are received, the session session/worship/workshop organizer can assign them to be reviewed. You do not need to wait until the submission deadline.
   3. Please download the review form here.
   4. The special session/workshop chair sends the acceptance/rejection notifications to the authors.
   5. The special session/workshop/symposium organizers can select papers for the Springer (SCIS) books, and the IJSI, IJNDC, and IJBIDA journals. Around 30% of the best papers can be selected for the Springer book, and 10-15% for the journals
   6. After the papers have selected, please send ACIS a list of the accepted papers along with the reviews for each paper. Be sure to list which papers you selected for the Springer (SCIS) book and journals.
   7. ACIS will send the authors the final submission instructions/registration instructions.
