Motivation
Smart media, an application of artificial intelligence, is becoming a hot research topic in recent years. Smart media takes advantage of context-aware computing to analyze the consumer’s environment, behaviors and preference, and to provide contents, products and service that matches up with needs of consumers to enhance userexperiences. The development of smart media applies the latest internet technologies to media field, which coverfundamental theories, application-oriented theories, key technologies and applications at multiple levels. SMTA aims at promoting exchange of the latest advances in smart media technologies, systems, and applications from both the research and development perspectives.
Topics
This workshop provides a forum for the academic community and the industry to share the latest developments and advances in the discipline. SMTA2024 will showcase high quality oral and poster presentations to meet the needs of a large and diverse community. Topics of interest include, but are not limited to:

Full Paper Submission: April 5, 2024 Extended: June 10, 2024
Acceptance Notification: April 19, 2024 Extended: June 12, 2024
Camera-Ready Papers & Registration: April 30, 2024 Extended: June 15, 2024
All the submitted papers should be in English, using the IEEE two-column template, include all tables, figures, andreferences (See https://acisinternational.org/snpd2023-final-paper-submission-instructions/). All papers must be submitted electronically in WORD or PDF format and be mailed to address: rebeccazhang@cuc.edu.cn with the subjectof “SMTA 2024 Submission”.
Publications
Submitted papers should not have been previously published nor be currently under consideration for publicationelsewhere. All accepted workshop papers will be included in the SNPD Proceedings if they have paid for registrationfee, which will be indexed by EI. Excellent papers will be recommended for publication in EI or SCI-indexed journals.
