Special Session 1: Information Technology, Business Model and Policy for Fourth Industrial Revolution

Purpose:

The fourth industrial revolution is the current and developing environment in which disruptive technologies and trends such as the Internet of Things (IoT), robotics, virtual reality (VR) and artificial intelligence (AI) are changing the way we live and work. The proposed special session aims at discussing the technological driver behind the Fourth Industrial Revolution, and evaluating impacts of the Fourth Industrial Revolution on global industrial, economic, and social development. The Session covers a wide range of fields from Information Technology Business Model and Policy.

Topics of interest include, but are not limited to:

– Service and Platforms of Artificial Intelligence

– FinTech relevant Technologies(Security, Robo-Advisor, BlockChain, etc.)

– Systems for VR(Virtual Reality), AR(Augmented Reality) and MR(Mixed Reality)

– Technologies and Business with Open Source Software

– Innovative Business Modeling

Special Session 2: Software Engineering in IoT, Big data, Cloud and Mobile Computing

Purpose:

Handheld devices promise to dominate the future of software platforms as a result of the rapid convergence of computers and mobile phones. The number of mobile subscribers is continuously increasing, which makes ICBM as IoT, Cloud computing, Big data and Mobile Computing an exciting and growing.

This special session Software Engineering with ICBM will discuss the analysis, evaluation and implementation of IoT, Big data, Cloud and Mobile Computing as well as the appreciation of mobile platform development.

Through the special session, advanced hands-on theory and practical projects approach, we will present the development in design, development, communication, management, information regarding Software Engineering.

This session will cover a broad set of research topics about industrial application Software Engineering in ICBM including but not limited to the following:

– Topics

  • Software Engineering methods and techniques of ICBM application software
  • Testing and validation methods and techniques of ICBM application software
  • Advanced information technology application study in industrial ICBM software
  • Framework and Components based technology in ICBM
  • Model-based software and system engineering in ICBM
  • Software product line in ICBM
  • Quality and performing study on ICBM application software
  • Best Practices of ICBM application software
